Noe Hernandez was recognized as a Rising Star by the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce in mid-November. This Coastal Academy High School senior is one of the most improved and inspirational students, having faced many personal and academic obstacles and persevering with grit and determination. As a skilled athlete and leader on the varsity soccer team, Noe is very social, interpersonal, and friendly. He is exceptionally bright and excels in math and physics. When he graduates, Noe plans to play soccer at a local community college and pursue a career in athletic coaching or training. Noe's peers and teachers have witnessed Noe's positive attitude, growth, and focus and are excited he was recognized as a Rising Star!
