The Classical Academy High School (CAHS) CAHS Cheer Team took home first place in the Small Varsity Elite Division Competition in late February, receiving the highest overall score and beating out six other high schools. The competition, held at Universal Studios, resulted in many individual awards including: 1st place stunt group competition: Amelia Riojas, Sofia Plate, Sri Podratz, and Mikayla Reed, 1st jump competition: Sofia Plate, 2nd place stunt group competition: Natalie Chakiris-Salgado, Kate Mosteller, Cassidy Vettlesen, and Kylie Friedrich, 2nd place Jumpcompetition: Kate Mosteller, and 2nd place tumbling competition: Sofia Plate.
