What Do We Offer?
The Classical Academies seek to personalize the learning for each and every student. This is accomplished through the partnership that parents share with credentialed teachers and the academic programming we offer students. Each of our campuses offers a variety of flexible programs, including traditional in-seat, independent study, and a blend or hybrid of these programs. The following flexible options are available:
Transitional Kindergarten: Pre-kindergarten program
The Transitional Kindergarten program is for students who missed the September 1st deadline for Kindergarten. The program offers a curriculum geared towards preparing students for Kindergarten. Students have the option of attending class on campus one half-day a week.

Tracks A & B: Two-days on campus and three-days of independent study
Students attend class on campus in a traditional setting two-days per week and study at home under the supervision of a parent or guardian the remaining three-days per week. California credentialed teachers work closely with parents to make sure each student succeeds. Students on Track A attend class on campus on Tuesday/Thursday and students on Track B attend class on campus Wednesday/Friday.
At the Vista campus, Track A is on Tuesday/Wednesday and Track B is on Thursday/Friday. There are optional on campus labs on Mondays as well.

C’lectives are supplemental on-campus classes for students enrolled in C Track; TK – 8th grade. C’lectives provide C Track students with classroom interaction and friendship-building opportunities. Credentialed teachers work with 25 students or less to develop critical thinking skills in core classes, such as history, science, math, writing, and reading. Elective classes such as Art, PE, Music, Spanish, Cooking, Computers, and STEAM are also offered. Students may enroll in classes that meet Monday and Friday at the Coastal Academy campus. C’lective classes are a year-long commitment with sign-ups in late spring through summer for the following school year.
