Classical Academy High School girls' water polo defeated San Dieguito 8 to 7 in overtime. Senior Tessa Ferragamo converted 31 seconds into the golden-goal session following two scoreless overtime periods, leading to the first girls' water polo championship. “It was an exhausting game, but it was worth it,” said Ferragamo, who also had a second-half goal for the Caimans. “It was just a really exciting experience.”

This is the sixth CAHS CIF Championship since December 2023, the second championship for the aquatics program.
