Coastal Academy High School senior, Christian Lee, was recognized as a Rising Star by the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce. An accomplished musician, songwriter, and author of three published children's books, Christian has overcome significant challenges to find success. Born blind, he underwent over 40 eye surgeries, finally receiving an artificial cornea surgery which restored limited vision in his right life.

Christian hopes to become a video game designer after graduating high school. Coastal Academy High School is incredibly proud of his success and recognition!
