The Classical Academies understands the importance of student achievement and ensures that teachers are trained to engage as (with) a Professional Learning Community (PLC). Nearly twenty team members attended the PLC@Work Conference in Phoenix, Arizona, to learn, grow, develop skills, and positively impact the classroom. These PLCs prepare educators to work collaboratively in recurring collective inquiry and action research cycles to achieve better results.

Many team members are also part of the prestigious National PLC at Work Cohort, a three-year commitment that includes training, implementation, support, and coaching.
