Classical Academy High School (CAHS) Music Teacher, Sam Roberson, was recognized as an Outstanding Teacher at the Charter Stars event on Thursday, May 11th, at the University of San Diego. Sponsored by the North County Education Foundation (NCEF) and the California Charter Schools Association (CCSA), the formal awards ceremony welcomed over 240 attendees who gathered to recognize charter school leaders, teachers, volunteers, and coaches. Over 64 nominees were selected, and nine received awards in their categories. The Academies was also honored to acknowledge Matthew Townsend. Makenzie Moore, Julie Weber, Regina Darling, Jennifer Morace, Desirae Gallego, Savannah Reeve, Rachel Kleppe, Rachael Oslovar, Alisa Koser, Jannetta Geoghegan, Samuel Roberson, Hoi Eatherly, and Robert Brack as finalists.
